Left head light went out?

Left head light went out i have change all dim and bright bulbs with led so when i turn off the lights my bright lights are still on but real dim and left flickering i have to remove the positive battery cable.

Sorry for the repeat, the site had an issue but it is fixed now, I would check the ground to the headlight bulb amplifier. If it is okay I would replace the amp they go out all the time with these after market kits.
