I changed the headlight assembly and now when I try to put high beams on it will not stay on unless I click it two or three times then they come on. My service light comes on and when I try to switch back to low beam my my inside high beam blue light stays on and so does the service light. I really cannot tell big difference between high and low.

It sounds like the switch is defective did you use an ACDelco or GM part? If not this will be the problem. The inside circuitry of aftermarket switch are less than desirable or you have the wrong switch option.
