Ok having replaced the gaskets and heads, torqued to specs in 3 rounds in pattern shown. Problem being a slight water leak at the front right corner of the front head 1, 3, 5. Heads were shaved.008 and.005 respectively. No visible sign of a cracked block. Suggestions? What if anything can I do about this? Is there a thicker head gasket to use or possibly different material. Anything other than having the block milled? I mean I would hate to stop now after putting this much money and time into it. Thanks in advance for your time, it's much appreciated.

The only thing you can do is remove the cylinder head and redo the gasket, but we have had good luck with Blue Devil head gasket sealer. Check out this video which can show you how to install the product:

Please let us know what happens.

Hi. Well, do I ever feel like a dork, nothing against dorks, by the way. The leak at corner of head turned out to be the water jacket above, um didn't have a gasket installed. As much as I would love to blame someone else this was all me getting in a hurry.
