Head Gasket Milkshake Oil?

I drove my Chevy Blazer (2000 LS) V6 4.3L 15 minutes after it stopped on me as I entered the store parking lot. I let it cool for about an hour then I added water. As I was adding the water I realized I had added 2 and ½ gallons of water being I had this happen before in my younger days, each time I checked the oil stick the Oil was moving further up the stick. I knew then it was Head Gasket. When I parked, I checked it again and the Oil was just showing a high level. I waited til morning and checked it before I cranked it, sure enough it was "Milkshake". My question to you is what steps do I take to get the Best results from this Product with this Milkshake Oil?
