Hi, i have the vehicle listed above Megane 3. The problem is, water is coming out from the coolant tank, there is a lot of air pressure inside even the engine is cold and due to this the heater is not working properly. I have changed the water pump, thermostat and also cleaned the radiator. The mechanic told me that the air pressure is due to the head gasket which is very costly. I have to ask the usage of the Blue Devil is good for this or should i do something else? Please guide me. Waiting for your kind response, thanks.

Hi,

If you are getting pressure in the coolant, it does sound like a head gasket issue. Do me a favor. Take a look through this link and let me know if you see things that mirror what you have experienced.

As far as the Blue Devil, I have never used it. However, I know people that have, and it worked as designed. The only issue is how long it will last. It isn't a permanent fix. The right way to repair it is by replacing the gasket, but I know it is an expensive job.

Let me know if you have other questions or if I can help.

Take care,

Joe
