When I press the hazard warning light button the hazard lights don’t come on and turn signals stop working, when I depress hazard warning light button turn signal lights work normal. is there somewhere under this dash a hazard warning lights module or flasher that needs to be replaced?

Yes, you are correct, the hazard and turn signal flasher is one and the same, and it sounds like it has gone bad. Here is the location so you can swap it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
