Hazard sign keeps on blinking when the car is on

I misplaced the key to my car and did not have a spare. I tried fabricating a new one and in the process damaged my ECU and it did not work until a bought a new set of keys together with an ECU (brain box) after which it managed to start, but it is giving me constant hazard blinkers whenever I turn it on and it will not stop.
