Recently spent a lot of money on repairs for this car. When alternator failed also discovered flasher switch won’t work but can’t see how to access flasher switch. Don’t want to cause more damage. Is there an easy way to replace the switch or is this a professional job.

Hi,

It really isn't too hard of a job. The worst part is removing the C-lid panel from the dash.

If you look at pic 1 below, I highlighted the section that you need to remove. Pic 2 are the directions for lid-C. Pic 3 is the actual directions for the switch.

Take a look through it and let me know if you have questions.

Take care,

Joe

Are those all plastic body fasteners and do the A/C vents just pull out or screw out?

Hi,

They are clips that are reusable. As far as the vents, they are attached to the panel and will come out when you remove the panel.

Let me know if I can help or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
