Having trouble starting my 2015 CRV EX-L with button start. The car goes to accessory mode, and brakes/steering get hard.

Noticing the issue is worse after short stops.
Waiting for 20-30 mins starts the car.
I hear a one time slight click when trying to start the car.
I've ruled out the battery since I've tried jumpstarting which didn't help.

Yep, this is common when the start button itself goes out. Here is how to change it out. This should fix it. Check out the images (below). Let me know if you need anything else.
