Where do the pickup coil plug-in to on wiring harness on a 1995 dodge Dakota pickup is it top of motor on the driver's side or down on transmission

Are you referring to the crankshaft position sensor? That is behind the right cylinder head in the transmission's bell housing. The camshaft position sensor is in the distributor.

What are you referring to? I told you where the two sensors are. Those are often called "pickup coils".
