Passenger side power windows do not roll down or up when the switches are pressed?

I have been having this issue where the power windows for the passengers do not roll down or up when the switches are pressed, but from the driver's switch they do just fine. However, the driver side window does not roll up or down and instead there is this click sound whenever the button is pressed. I replaced the main switch on the driver's side, thinking that it would solve the issue, but the matter remains the same.

So, there are four fuses that run the window system. We should start there by checking the fuses # Dr/lck PDM, PWR/WNDW, BCM in the right of the dash fuse panel. Here is a guide that will help and the fuse locations below:

I also have included the window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

If everything checks out it sounds like the passenger side window switch is no good. I have left instructions on how to change it out as well. Please let me know what happens.
