have to take window fuse off for car to staRT

PUT WINDOW FUSE ON CAR WONT START,take off it starts ,while car is on put fuse all wks shut off car wont start.also have a bad fan blower relay could that be the problem??wires on relay melted a little will this relay stop from starting.also wife did 6 / 7 dry starts with key will that start the security feature as a all off cause she did the 6 / 7 dry starts ,on ???

clean battery terminal endsand your grounds from battery to body and engine. remove blower relay as it may be causing problem due to wires melting and needing repair. Of course scan for codes as well with a pro model scanner. Not an auto parts one
