I have a sqeaking noise coming from my right side wheel when i turn the steering wheel and i can pick up on the car on that side and push up and down on car and it be sqeakin what is that

You will have to get the suspension inspected for any worn components. It sounds like a dry ball joint but could could also be worn control arm or strut rod bushings.
