Ok so yesterday my wife goes to leave for work a 315am and has to wake me cause the rodeo wouldn't start I thought it was the battery but when Ichecked it had power to every thing inside. When I got off work I checked to see what was going on and couldn't find anything. Volts to battery arw good. My brother said it could be the starter relay. I've checked the fuses and I can't find one badd. Any more teoubleahooting ideas or info on how to test the relay. And where it is so I know I'm working with right part. Thanks

Just because you have lights and other accessories doesn't mean the battery is good. The starter requires far more capacity than any of those things.

Have the battery charged and tested. It is likely bad.
