Has my head gasket gone

Blew my water pipe due to overheating and has has been replaced. Garage ran the car for about an hour Idle and did not overheat. Heaters working and blowing hot air. However, milky oil on dipstick and water tank seems very hot when car has been running. Temperature gauge does not increase above half way though.

Milky oil means that is a leak somewhere is the system.
