code of 01740/open circuit torque converter solenoid #1

Code 1740 torque converter solenoid circuit open /fix said replace ignition. switch did code keeps coming back I thought it might be ignition switch because some time it will not start.it also has a code p0171 and p0174 I have re placed all o2 sensors and fuel filter and cleaned mass air flow,

check fuel pressure first with a gauge 171 and 174 are related to low pressure. ther eis no code 1740 it 0741 and that can be a bad converter clutch. Also for 171 check for exaust leaks prior to o2 sensor or vacuum leaks etc.
