We feel a vibration under acceleration from a stop or rolling acceleration. It nearly disappears when I lift off the gas pedal. The steering wheel does not vibrate or bounce.

Within the past year:
1 motor mount and 1 transmission mount replaced
Both rear rims made round again
CV boots checked
Tires balanced and rotated
4 wheel alignment

Great car but annoying vibration that feels like it's bouncing.

Do you only feel this when the car is in motion? Have you checked tires to make sure there isn't a shifted belt or uneven tire wear? Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or the seat and floor?

If everything is good in the rear, the only think I can think of (other than an engine misfire) is a bad motor mount. And you said you replaced one. Have you checked them since the replacement?
