In the middle of a rebuild and my balancer won't spin freely. what i mean by that is that if i use the installer and install it till it stops pushing in the balancer won't free spin with me using a bolt and spinning it with a ratchet. if i pull it less than an inch out it will free spin again so the engine itself is not locked up but something with the balancer, any ideas?
