The balancer on the end of the crankshaft is easy to replace on that car. A replacement unit is around 100 dollars. While it is out I would suggest replacing the balancer seal as well.
Now if you meant the internal balance shaft. That is more expensive and you would need to decide if it is worth replacing it or replacing the entire engine with a used one. That would be dependent on the condition of the rest of the vehicle.
