Hard top does not retract all the way down

Your going to have to have it scanned for codes with a professional scan tool that can read all the computers.A diyer scan tool can't read all the computers you need to read.Also in the end your probably going to have to end up taking to someone that knows how to fix those tops.It's a really complex mechanism especially the hard top convertible.There no fun to fix but getting the codes could help find the issue it might be something less costly.
