Engine is hard to start?

Hello,

I have seen the engine coolant temperature sensor cause this issue not reading correctly while giving the computer a false reading. You can get a scanner to see what the reading is cold to see if it is close to outside temperature to confirm the issue. here's a guide to help and the coolant sensor location so you can check it out:

No code came up for the coolant sensor when I took it to autozone to get scanned.
3 codes did come up. P0449, P0442,P0445. Are you saying I need buy my own code reader and scan for codes?

The sensor may not give a code, the P0449, P0442, P0445 are EVAP codes which wont affect the engine running. Have we serviced the throttle body latey? if not this guide can help you:

A scanner is a good idea for anyone that owns a car, you can use it all almost every car out there.

I put a new throttle body on a week ago and a new purge valve for the vapor canister.

Sorry, I missed that in the first post. A vacuum leak will cause hard starting also, I would look into the coolant sensor as well, what happens is the sensor range gets off a little (not enough to give a code) but enough to cause engine problems. Did you clear the codes once the new parts were installed?
