Hard to open/close driver door?

I have seen this on jeep grand Cherokees as well, but never found a solution. Is there a TSB on this issue? it is really heavy to open and close once I open the door, no noises or clunking at all.

It is difficult to tell what you are talking about. Can you upload a short video so I can see what's going on? There are no TSB's for this problem, so does the latch not work or the hinges are hard to move?

Thanks for the video. That is a good one, it must be the door dampener that needs to be replaced, also can you tell if the door has been "sprung" (bent backwards?) The dampener is built into the hinge, I would try WD40 first. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
