When cold or raining car stumbles, erratic idle until it warms up then runs fine.

Good afternoon,

How old are the plugs and wires? If they are old, they may have cracks in them and when it rains, the electric will arc out of the wire instead of to the plugs.

The ignition module could be the issue as well as that spark is made in this unit.

There is a coolant sensor by the thermostat housing that controls cold start and hot start enrichment. This could also be the cause.
