My van seems have lack of power and hard start when cold. Poor acceleration. Replaced spark plugs could be distributor cap and rotor or coil.

I am going to bet that this is a fuel issue. Here are some guides that will help with this:

So I would suggest starting with checking the fuel pressure when you turn the key on and are cranking the engine.
