Hard shift

Delay in reverse and hits hard and now started to shift hard throughout forward gears .

This happens when the pressure regulator solenoid goes out. here is the location so you can change it out to fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
