Half power to both fuse boxes

Starter burnt wire to solenoid cause starter went bad and replaced it and the ignition switch. Still half power in fuses box. What to do next?

Hello, sorry to hear about your situation. What size engine is in this truck? and is it 4wd or any other details so the correct information can be located. Also, you're only getting about 6 volts to your fuse panels?
