Unfortunately, we don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA nor do we have something similar. However, this appears to be a diesel engine so the principals are the same no matter what. All diesels operate the same in that the piston compresses the air/fuel and it compresses so much that it ignites. So if number 4 does not fire, then you either don't have compression or fuel.
We need to find out if the new injector is firing and the easiest way to do that is move that injector to another cylinder and see if the misfire follows. If not, then we need to check the compression on cylinder 4.
If you want to jump straight to checking the compression on this cylinder then I would understand because based on what was done, I suspect that is the issue.
