I have joined in a company in climate control panel section manufacturing R and D team and I have only few ideas about it. Can anyone suggest me ideas you have about a climate controller in a car? It would be very useful if you provide me the links of any blog or websites regarding this climate controller so that I can refer it.

If you are in R and D they should have all the information that you need. People will take some time with you as you are new. If you have availability to chat with the mechanics that work on it ask them as they will know probably a lot more. If you have a manual available check that for description and operation.

If this is for a car then I am assuming you are at an auto manufacturer so what you need is a PAD document that explains how to assemble and goes into further depth. As a mechanic site we are not privy to those things However worked in engineering my self at an auto manufacturer that is one of the things to check also if it was previously supplied by a supplier then they may have something on it as our manuals have very limited diagrams and such of models after 2015

Hello again,

Here are the wiring diagrams (below) using in a 2004 chevy truck. You can see the power, command and actuator involvement.

Please let us know if you need anything else.

Cheers, Ken

Hello sir @2CARPROS KEN,

I am going through your wiring diagrams, first of all thanking for replying me with such detailed materials. But a little simple basic diagram would be helpful for me to first understand the basic concept of the connections and functions of each modules and then I can step up for the complex ones. Kindly send me some basic diagrams If you have some of them sir.

Tobin if you are in R&D you should have access to drawing etc like what is inside the controller and how it's powered.

I am assuming this is automotive company so you'll have to get any info from the supplier if they will give you any at all like drawings as all we have are schematics and that doesn't tell us what engineers decide to do with control panels on the inside.
