When vehicle turned to the on position but not started I was hearing a gurgling sound from behind the dash but not under the hood. I checked all levels of fluid everything fine and ran the A/C and heat everything working, no dummy dash lights. The issue seem to go away after i checked an ran everything, very odd ongoing sound just when vehicle was set to on position no noise when set to acc position but noise when set to on and after started and driving same noise. I am clueless and hopeful the noise won't come back.what could it be?

Your vehicle has an auxiliary water pump that will operate when the key is in the on position. This pump is responsible for the heater operation when the engine is not running. Normally a gurgling sound will indicate a low coolant level, which you were right on the money by checking the level. It's possible though that you could have some air in the system. By opening up the cap you may have relieved some of the air pocket. I would run it again with the cap off for 10 minutes or so when the vehicle is cooled off.
