I’m wondering how many grounds does my vehicle listed above have? I’ve been having some electrical issues, for example my car won’t start right now even with a jump. I had the flickering headlights, and issues with the dash lights. I don’t believe it to be a starter because it does do anything when I try to crank it. Maybe one like click then nothing. Also, the inconsistency of the symptoms while trying to jump it the other night, it would flicker on one time for a brief second made me think it was taking the charge but wouldn’t turn over. So, before I pay for a starter replacement, I think I need to clean off all the grounds and maybe replace them. Just trying to figure out how many. Thanks

There are a few, however from the description it sounds like the issue is with one of the primary grounds or power leads. The easiest way to get to those it to simply follow them to where they connect. I would start with the 2 that come from the negative battery terminal. Remove it first, clean it and reinstall. Now to test if the ground side is the issue, take one of the jumper leads and connect it to the terminal you just cleaned. Now connect the other end to a clean piece of metal on the engine. Try the key, does it have power now? Maybe even start? Remove the jumper and follow the ground cables one at a time. Remove and clean them, bolt them back on and see if you are in better shape. Next do the same with the positive side.
