Had to shifter cable and now I just get lights but no crank. Starter makes no noise, and I just got a new one and installed it and it still has no crank. No clicking noises either.

Hi,

There really aren't any grounds under the dash that would prevent the starter from engaging. Have you made sure the neutral safety switch / cable are properly adjusted?

I attached directions below for adjustment. Take a look and let me know if this is what you did. Also, as a test, with the transmission in park and your foot on the brake, hold the key in the start position while you shift through all gears. See if the starter reacts.

Let me know.

Joe
