I have the truck listed above Lariat (non-heritage). This is a problem I have been fighting for a while. I get a sound that sounds like someone walking on crushed ice. I get one grind per rotation of the wheel. I believe it's on the right side. It happens when I turn left. I can go slow and it's awful, I go fast and it's faster. It's dependent on the rotation of the wheel. I replaced lower ball joints, struts, sway bar end links, brakes, rotors (with built in bearings) were replaced a year ago. Last month I carried 600lbs of steel in the back of the truck. After I unloaded, the sound went away and was perfect till a few days ago. Also, there is no play in the steering wheel, no sound when going straight at any speed. Only on left turns, like pulling into a parking spot. Sounds awful. It's grinds loud.

It sounds like it could be a cracked rim. I would try rotating the tires to see if the noise changes position. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Also here is a guide to help you as well:
