Grinding noise while driving and gear is sticking when changing

My car has a grinding noise while driving and the gear is sticking while changing. what could that be? I suspect the bearing in gear box. Or maybe transmission fluid need to be changed. please help .

For the present.

Check the fluid level in the gearbox.

Maybe it has not caused any bad damage.

If you do not maintain it like the book says, It is probably way overdue for some fresh transmission fluid.

Need to keep up with that scheduled maintenance, if you want it to be your friend for a long time.

Manuals, both paper and online will have the "Intervals (time or miles)" most of the time they will guide you through this DIY. I got this one out of our vast library of information.
