My car makes a grinding noise only when i turn the wheel all the way to the right.
Whether forward or in reverse. It does not do it when i turn the wheel to the left, or when i turn it right a little more than halfway. But if i turn right all the way, it does it. It also does it when the car is in park. It is not as loud as when it is moving, but it is there, along with a tiny shake of the steering wheel.

Check for any play in the wheel bearing. check drive shaft and the end drive shaft nut is tight. check for any loose steering or suspension on that side as well. start here.
