grinding noise coming from the back of my car upon acceleration while in park

I would like to be pointed in the right direction please? There is grinding noise coming from the back of my car upon acceleration while in park. Please respond!
Oh yah I have a 1995 buick park ave, I believe its a v6.

Does the noise increase with speed and is it constant? Does it happen when braking? Does the noise increase with turns?
If it only happens in park while reving the engine. Have someone rev the engine and someone else isolating the noise to where it gets louder and louder.
