Grinding noise

I heard a grinding noise at left front wheel. Replaced rotor and pads on both from wheels. test drove it and still makes the same noise on the same wheel.

check the wheel bearing drive in a right hand circle see if noise increases. also, check for a bent shield touching rotor and or rust.

It only makes it when braking and louder at the end of a stop. Would that still be related to bearings? I lifted the car I could hear the bearing sound when turning the wheel by hand.
