grinding in front end

I replaced the ball joints, rotors, and brakes. Still makes a grinding noise when driving under 20 mph. It sounds like metal on metal. Help please!

164,000 kl on car. The grinding is in front end.

Have you checked to see if the wheel bearings are bad? Does the noise get louder or quieter when turning?

Fixed the problem was the rotor guard needed to to bend back...all is good now
