I have an issue came up grinding when I apply the brakes but sometimes it goes away. I changed the brake pads. I still have it but it is on the driver side and the rotors are very clean. It occurs when I start the vehicle and apply the brake it is very loud seems like something is broke down and the car is also shaking when is happens. After a minute it is not miking noises. Is it possible please help me out with this issue?

You will have to dismantle the calipers off the rotors and see if there is any scoring on the inside of the rotor, and check for any sticks or stones that may hay lodged behind the rotor and backing plate. Start here.

Do not forget to check the brakes on both ends. Sounds can be very deceiving. Does the shaking happen in the steering wheel or the entire car? Steering wheel usually indicates front end, seat or body of car is usually back end.
