Steering problem

Hi,
I am facing steering problem in my Grand i10 Magna model.
1. Steering moves little right side.
2. Steering is not that much smooch hence getting pain in my right shoulder.

I crossed with two Hyundai dealer/service center in Pune but mechanic said it does not have any issue and advice me to change the front two tire. I am not convinced at all as I compared my car with other grand i10 cars which are five years old and did not change the tire their steering is far better than mine in smoothness also the steering of old i10 is far better than mine one. I am quite sure there is an issue as my right shoulder getting pain while I drive my car and mechanical machine could not check and feel the actual problem with 100% accuracy than a human can feel. Please suggest what should I do now?

Hello,

This sounds like the steering angle sensor could be not working correctly. To confirm lets run the codes to see what comes up. here is a guide:

Here is the sensor location so you can see what I am talking about. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
