good battery bit otherwise electrically not working?

It was running fine. Maybe multiple stops started just fine after each of them except the last one; now it won't start the headlights don't work but the battery has power even under load test. Help.

Hi,

Is there anything electrical that works? For example, do the brake lights work or interior courtesy lamps? Does the horn work?

There are several fusible links on this vehicle. I just need to confirm if it is an E350, an E450 and if it is a traditional van or if was it originally sold as a stripped chassis for a body company.
