Installed new intake gasket, along with a few other gaskets on 1995 5.7L yukon. Engine has very rough idle , pings under load. Possibly EGR?

make sure parts where you installed gasket are tightend securley.

Tightened everything to spec, just started this after I completed the job. replaced spark plugs and vacuum lines.

go back over everything. did you apply gasket sealer to the gaskets?
