right blinker doesn't work when lights are on

i have a 1999 gmc suburban, all of a suddan the right turn signal buzzes and does not blink when the lights are on and when the lights are off the blinker works but the cluster lights blink also the cruse doesn't work i checked all fuses in the truck and under the hood.

DOES THE BLINKER IN THE DASH FLASH FAST OR NORMAL. MY GUESS IS THAT UR MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH IS BAD (ALSO KNOWN AS UR TURN SIGNAL LEVER ) COMMON FOR GOING BAD DOES EMERGENCY WORK (WIGLE EMERGENCY BUTTON TO SEE IF THEY WORK)

no the hazards dont work when the lights are off it blinks normal except the dash lights blink with the blinker
