I attach my trailer and all lights work except the running lights. I do not appear to have power at the vehicle outlet for the running lights. This problem happened after one of the wires was cut while driving as a result of a broken fender bolt. I have looked at the fuses and all apear ok, but don't know how to check for certain. What else can I check before resorting to taking it to a dealer and paying $$$?

Looking at the schematic for factory trailer package, The park lamps are supplied power through pin F, which is brown in color, Check that terminal for power with the park lights on, you could use a test light if you have one. Power on that circuit comes from the park lamp relay, through TRL PARK fuse in the underhood fuse block. With your test light, you can check that fuse, or check the fuse visually. If it looks good visually, you will need to check that there is power to(through) it.
