2004 GMC Yukon Speaker whistles

I currently drive a 2004 GMC Yukon, when I start this vehicle the rear speaker on the drivers side makes a steady whistle noise but as I hit the gas and the RPM's go up the whistle becomes higher pitched as the RPM's change. What could this possibly be caused from?

It can be cause by the ignition system. Has the vehicle been tuned up reciently?
