YES MY DRIVER SEAT WHEN MOVING IT GOES IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION

FORWARD IS BACKWARD
BACKWARD IS FORWARD

HOW DO I REPAIR THIS

there is a bulletin about this common issue at http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/Bluegorilla/2008-10-15_163421_Switch_operates_backwards.pdf

it is included in a technical service bulletin (TSB) which does NOT mean it will be covered under warranty. you will most likely have to pay for the repairs yourself.
