how to fill silicon to an weak fan hub clutch to increase the speed of the fan since engine temp. rises duo to low fan speed.

Any alteration to the clutch fan will cause in increase of fuel consumption and you should remove and replace the clutch if it is for sure the problem its $40 ----$100 for a new one
