The low beam headlight on my 2003 Yukon does not work. I have changed blubs, checked and changed fuses, and installed a new relay switch for the low beams. None of these have fixed the problem.
The low beam on passenger side and the high beams work fine.
Any suggestions on what the problem could be or how I can fix it?

You will have to check the continuity of the power wire for this light, start at the light and work back untill you find a broken withe or a faulty pin in a plug, i would tend to think it is a faulty plug connection.
