2000 GMC Yukon knocking

My engine on my Denali just started a horrible knocking noise. It idle's funny while stopped at an intersection. When I accelerate the noise knocks faster and harder. Any sugestion to what this is and what it would cost to take it in to get fixed?

unfortunately it sounds like your engine is no good, check the oil and see if it looks milky and also check the level.
