My 2000 Yukon periodically lowers it's idle to about 200RPM and jumps back to 500RPM as if it wants to stall. I thought it was the IAC valve, but the 2000 model does not have one. Could the throttle body need cleaning? What else could it be?

Clean the inside of the throttle body and replace the pcv valve.
