2000 GMC Yukon abs?

my abs light came on while i was driving yesterday when it did i could feel the breaks grab now the abs just comes on and off and the e- break light will flash and i can feel the breaks grab ill be driving with the cruse control on and it will kick off like i hit the breaks my speedometer with just bounce around can you help me i was thinking it was one of the speed senors and if so how can i test them

Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most will do it for free, and it should point you in the right direction.
